What is Health Information Management?

Every patient visit produces data: diagnoses, procedures, test results, bills. Health information managers make sure that data is accurate, complete, coded to standard classifications, stored safely and shared only with the right people. The course combines medical terminology, anatomy, classification and coding systems, health data and statistics, hospital information systems, privacy and law.

Choose a partner university tied up with Apollo Healthcare Academy (see our partner universities), train at a nearby Apollo hospital or one of our partner hospitals, and get hands-on experience, career guidance and job and placement support from AHA. Your partner university awards the degree.
