What is an MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management?

An MBA in this field applies the standard management toolkit (strategy, finance, operations, people, marketing) to hospitals, diagnostic services, insurers and health-technology firms. Unlike a general MBA, every case, project and elective is set in a healthcare context. The programme is organised on the credit framework of the National Education Policy: 88 credits over two years, with a postgraduate diploma available if you exit after the first year. Graduates of four-year or honours bachelor's programmes can take a one-year route after a bridge course.

Choose a partner university tied up with Apollo Healthcare Academy (see our partner universities), train at a nearby Apollo hospital or one of our partner hospitals, and get hands-on experience, career guidance and job and placement support from AHA. Your partner university awards the degree.
