B.Sc. Dialysis Technology at Apollo AHA is a four-year undergraduate programme which equips future dialysis professionals with the basic knowledge and skills to deliver life-saving renal care and safe dialysis treatment. The curriculum is designed in both academic and clinical ways to prepare students to conduct and oversee advanced dialysis processes and machines.
In the programme, students learn renal physiology, principles of haemodialysis, handling of dialysis machines, care of vascular access, infection control and other fundamental elements of renal care. The curriculum includes current renal care and engaging in practice that prepares clinical practitioners to be competent, technologically minded and ethical supporters of renal care.
The programme also provides opportunities for simulated learning within high-quality facilities to foster practice in various service environments where graduates will work within the dialysis system, including dialysis centres, hospitals, nephrology departments or areas of care engaging in renal preparation.
The B.Sc. Dialysis Technology programme provides systematic clinical training coupled with academic training in renal sciences, dialysis techniques and patient care. The curriculum is designed to provide competencies in current dialysis practices in an evolving nephrology care context.
Balanced mix of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in renal care, dialysis equipment, and patient safety.
Hands-on training in real-world dialysis units at Apollo Hospitals and other premier healthcare institutions.
High-quality academic delivery ensuring industry-ready graduates recognized globally.
State-of-the-art simulation labs equipped with advanced dialysis machines and safety monitoring systems.
This four-year programme is structured to systematically provide theoretical and practical knowledge in renal sciences and dialysis processes. It sequences learning through introductory subjects, key clinical skills and job training necessary for effective dialysis care.
The tuition fee for the B.Sc. Dialysis Technology programme is 2.5 lakh per annum.
